Lachlan McPherson

Internationally awarded, Lachlan has adjudicated digital and social media marketing at Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. He has been ranked New Zealand’s #1 creative by Campaign Brief magazine and his campaign for The Coca-Cola Company has a chapter devoted to it in “How Asia Advertises; The Most Successful Campaigns in Asia Pacific and the Marketing Strategies Behind Them.” Lachlan is a keen surfer and enjoys ‘the great outdoors’. Before founding Lachlan McPherson and Friends he was a Partner at Publicis NZ and ECD of Publicis Mojo Sydney. During that time the agency won Gold at Cannes and was AdNews Agency of the Year.

Amanda Wilson

Previously Head of Marketing - Tourism Businesses at Tourism Holdings Limited and following an extensive career in media, Amanda has a unique understanding of the global tourism industry. Amanda specialises in strategy and stakeholder engagement. She has led some of New Zealand’s most high profile campaigns and brand launches. Within the tourism sector, Amanda’s work has resulted in a number of significant award wins for clients including the Supreme Award at the NZ Tourism Awards 2019 and the American Chamber of Commerce Investor of the Year Award.

Rob Jack

Rob has 30 years’ experience working as a creative at some of the world’s best advertising agencies (BBH London, BMP DDB) and founding New Zealand’s biggest and most creatively recognised independent digital agency, Special Group. He is a highly sought after and experienced strategic creative thinker.  Rob has created concepts and provided writing talent for some of the most well known campaigns and launches - including the election campaign for the current New Zealand government. Rob strips away complication, and delivers a clear and effective message.
